This is a great snack to have as a weekend lunch, on a picnic or for serving pre-dinner when you have guests. Simple and easy to prepare. Best served with a glass of your favorite red.

Ingredients
Roma Tomatoes
Basil Leaves
Brie Cheese
Pepper

Slice tomatoes, place a basil leave and a piece of Brie Cheese on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Enjoy with a glass of wine!
