Gluten Free Honey, Ginger & Soy Stir Fry

This stir fry is easy to cook and  the combination of honey, ginger & soy sauce with garlic gives it an amazing smell and flavour. These flavour’s work equally well with beef, chicken or pork.

Ingredients
Coconut Oil or Olive Oil
Cracked Pepper to taste
1 large Onion
500g good quality beef, chicken or pork cut into strips
3 cloves of garlic crushed or grated
1 knob of ginger grated
Green beans
Portobello mushrooms
Honey
Gluten Free Soy Sauce
Gluten Free Oyster Sauce
Rice

Method
Place rice on to cook.
Heat oil and pepper in pan, add onion and sauté. Add meat strips and brown then add garlic and ginger. Add mushrooms, soy sauce & oyster sauce, cook for another minute. Add 1 cup of water. Add beans, stir through. Add honey and stir through and cook until liquid has reduced.
Serve with rice.
