Mustard Chicken and Mushroom with Steamed Veggies

Mustard Chicken


Olive Oil

Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper to taste

1 Organic chicken breast diced

200 – 250g mushrooms sliced

2 large carrots peeled and Julienned

1 large  Zucchini diced

2 tsps Maille Wholegrain Mustard

2 tbls milk


Steam carrots and zucchini

While carrots and zucchini are steaming, heat oil in non stick frypan, with salt and pepper.

Add chicken and fry on medium to high heat until just beginning to brown

Add mushrooms and fry until tender

Add mustard and milk and reduce heat to a simmer/low and simmer for 2-3 minutes

Remove from heat

Serve with steamed veggies and top with Chicken
